MAINTENANCE
Brent Hein leads the Facilities Team as Maintenance Supervisor at the Mennonite Nursing Home. Responsible for the upkeep of the building and grounds, our team covers a wide range of duties to ensure that a proper functioning and beautiful complex is maintained.
The range of duties include maintaining and insuring that all systems are in good working condition along with the daily reporting and logging of HVAC system levels, bed and lifting equipment inspections, tree and lawn management, roadway and parking lot maintenance as well as daily repair needs.
The Maintenance Department is responsible for daily carbon monoxide level tracking, monthly fire drills, along with emergency preparedness drills to ensure public safety and that staff are properly trained and capable of dealing with emergency situations if they were to arise.
