The Administration Department is responsible for the financial and functional operations of the Mennonite Nursing Home. In fulfilling our Mission Statement the Administration Staff exercises sound stewardship over the resources entrusted to its care. Prudent use of available resources (people, finances, and history), focus and measurement of results, accountability, fairness, equity and ethical decision making are of high importance to the Administration team.

Many duties include reception responsibilities, payables, receivables, payroll entries, financial reports and accuracy of resident accounts, generating monthly statements and receiving payments of resident accounts. Annual budgets, audit preparations, statistical reports and much more are all a part of the responsibilities of the Administration staff.

The Administration Department works closely with all Departments by communicating through daily morning meetings with the Leadership Team, this meeting is chaired by the Administrator. The Administration office door is open to residents, families, staff and visitors who may have any questions, comments, compliments, concerns or to anyone wishing to just stop by and say hello to Joan Lemauviel, Administrator/CEO; Bonnie Reimer, Finance Assistant; and Tarrilyn Ostapak, Administrative Assistant.
